Japanese Movies for Every Enthusiast! myLot Discussions Paradise Kiss Ending? What did you think of the ending of the manga Paradise Kiss?
Were you happy with it, did you think it was a good conclusion? Did you not like it? Or did you just not care?
I won't spoil the ending incase you havent read it~ Have you ever watched Paradise kiss? It's based on the manga by Ai Yazawa, the same person who wrote Nana. I loved the OP and ED songs, but the anime was not that impressive. I think the manga is better. xD I just started watching Paradise Kiss.. I'm a huuuge fan of Nana, originally by Ai Yazawa, and I came across a list of other series she wrote. And I found that one series, Paradise Kiss, was made into an anime series. I love Ai's drawing style and her genre. Has anyone else watched Paradise Kiss or Nana? Your favorite animes? I've been watching anime for about 2-3 years now, and I must say it's something that I can depend to kill time on. My favorites are Bleach, Naruto, Ouran highschool host club, Lovely Complex, The Wallflower, Romeo X Juliet, Shugo Chara, La Corda D'oro, Soul Eater, Kaze no Stigma, and Paradise Kiss. They are all MUST-sees. Ever seen the anime Nana? What do you guys think about it?
I have seen Paradise Kiss and Nana, and just love the creator Ai Yazawa. These animes are really great for both storyline and animation. If you haven't seen them, I'd say check them out ASAP Which anime you don't like the way it ends? I should say Paradise Kiss. She should marry the guy for goodness sake!! Sorry, getting emotional here.
And another ending I really hate is Saikano, also known as SHE Ultimate Weapon.
It does warn me though its not going to be one happy ending.. What are your favorite Shojo manga titles? I've recently found a ton of new Shojo titles that I'm absolutely loving to death! Im a big fan of Ai Yazawa, and I'm completely hooked on Nana after reading Paradise Kiss.:) Nana is a long series, so far only the 3rd graphic novel has been released in the US, but the popular magazine Shojo Beat features the latest chapters available.
I also have been enjoying Boys over Flowers, Hot Gimmick, and Peach Girl Sae's Story (I already have all the original Peach Girls).
